Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies, including paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate programs to maximize ROI. Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Mixpanel to identify opportunities, A/B test campaigns, and optimize funnel conversion rates. Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to launch growth experiments, such as personalized recommendation engines and viral referral systems. Manage marketing budgets, forecast performance, and report on key growth KPIs to senior leadership. Stay ahead of industry trends in e-commerce growth hacking, SEO, and emerging platforms to innovate and scale user acquisition.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, preferably in e-commerce or DTC brands. Proven track record of driving measurable growth through data-informed campaigns. Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
Skills
Expertise in data analysis and tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Data Studio. Proficiency in growth experimentation frameworks like AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue). Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
