AVILOO Battery Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives throughout California. This role focuses on expanding the company's footprint in the rapidly growing electric vehicle diagnostics market through strategic customer acquisition and relationship management. The Regional Sales Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for automotive service centers, dealerships, and fleet operators across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering tailored sales presentations to prospective clients. The role involves managing existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Regular travel within California is required to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows. The position also encompasses market analysis, competitor monitoring, and providing valuable feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market trends.
Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience in B2B sales preferably within the automotive or technology sectors. Candidates should possess a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills. Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex diagnostic equipment are essential.
Skills required for success include CRM software proficiency, strong presentation abilities, territory management experience, and relationship-building expertise.
