Full Description
Job Overview
Join JobGini LLC as a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a fully remote full-time role revolutionizing healthcare through telehealth. You'll play a vital role in tracking patients' health metrics from afar, enabling timely interventions and personalized care plans without the need for in-person visits. Ideal for compassionate CNAs passionate about technology-driven patient support.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor patients' vital signs using RPM devices and telehealth platforms, including blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels, and glucose readings. Review daily data trends, flag abnormalities, and promptly communicate with registered nurses, physicians, or care teams for escalated actions. Conduct virtual check-ins via video calls or secure messaging to assess patient well-being, medication adherence, and lifestyle factors. Document all observations accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring HIPAA compliance and detailed reporting. Educate patients and families on RPM equipment usage, troubleshooting, and the importance of consistent monitoring. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to update care plans based on real-time data insights. Respond to patient inquiries and emergencies within defined protocols, prioritizing safety and rapid response.
Required Qualifications
Active CNA certification from an accredited program with at least 1 year of clinical experience in patient care. High school diploma or equivalent; basic understanding of medical terminology and vital signs measurement. Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Comfortable with remote work setups, including reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download).
Skills
Strong proficiency in digital tools like RPM software (e.g., platforms similar to Teladoc or BioIntelliSense), EHR systems (e.g., Epic or Cerner), and video conferencing apps (Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Excellent communication skills for clear patient interactions and team reporting. Detail-oriented with analytical abilities to interpret health data trends. Empathetic and patient-focused approach, with problem-solving under minimal supervision. Tech-savvy, quick learner for new telehealth integrations. Time management to handle multiple patients efficiently.
