Schaeffer Mfg. Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. This field sales position is based in McCook, Nebraska and focuses on building lasting relationships with business customers while promoting our premium line of industrial lubricants, oils, greases, and specialty chemicals. The representative will play a critical role in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include identifying and prospecting new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. The representative will conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers, deliver product presentations, and provide technical consultations tailored to customer needs.
