We are seeking a board-certified PMHNP licensed in Oregon to join our team on a full-time basis, delivering high-quality psychiatric care to adults via secure video visits. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, while monitoring patient progress and adjusting therapies as needed. Provide ongoing psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and collaborative care with primary care providers or therapists. Document all patient interactions thoroughly in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. Participate in case consultations, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities to enhance clinical outcomes. Required Qualifications Active PMHNP certification from the ANCC or equivalent, with an unrestricted Oregon APRN license and DEA registration. Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in psychiatry, preferably in outpatient or telehealth settings. Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Proficiency in telehealth platforms and familiarity with evidence-based practices for conditions like depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Skills Exceptional diagnostic and assessment abilities, strong pharmacological knowledge, and empathetic patient communication. Excellent documentation and time management skills to handle a full caseload of 12-15 patients per day. Comfort with technology, including video conferencing and EHR systems like SimplePractice or Valant. Cultural competence and ability to engage diverse patient populations virtually.
