Additional duties involve supporting infection control practices, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and providing guidance and support to newer nursing staff and patients navigating chronic kidney disease.

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.
Skills needed for this opportunity include advanced patient assessment, hemodialysis administration, vascular access management, patient education, and regulatory compliance. Experience with Fresenius Medical Care systems and protocols is highly valued but not required for consideration. The company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, generous paid time off, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Employees also have access to tuition reimbursement and clear pathways for career advancement within the organization.
