Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries, listening attentively to customer needs and providing accurate information about products, services, and solutions offered by Infinite Computer Solutions. You will troubleshoot technical issues, process orders, handle billing disputes, and escalate complex problems to specialized teams while maintaining detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system. Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Availability for full-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required to support our 24/7 operations.
