Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues promptly, and processing orders accurately. Perform warehouse tasks such as receiving shipments, picking and packing products, loading/unloading trucks, and conducting inventory counts using warehouse management systems. Operate material handling equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking goals, prepare orders for shipment, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse space. Assist in quality control by inspecting products for damage and ensuring compliance with company standards. Document all activities accurately and report any discrepancies to supervisors. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service, warehousing, or logistics preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory software. Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) a plus. Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug screening.
