Storck USA, L.P. is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee strategic marketing efforts for its iconic confectionery brands across the United States. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and support sales growth in a competitive marketplace. The Marketing Manager will lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels while managing brand positioning and messaging. This position will analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing performance. The role requires close collaboration with sales, supply chain, and external agency partners to ensure alignment between brand objectives and business goals. Key responsibilities include developing annual marketing plans and budgets, overseeing creative development and campaign execution, managing relationships with advertising agencies and vendors, conducting competitive analysis and market research, and tracking key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. The position will also coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with five or more years of progressive marketing experience preferably in consumer packaged goods or the confectionery industry. Candidates should demonstrate proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results. Essential skills include strong project management abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in marketing analytics tools and digital platforms, budget management experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience with brand management, consumer insights research, and agency coordination is highly valued.
