Job Overview: CLEAResult, a leader in energy efficiency consulting and services, is seeking a dynamic Remote Outbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this full-time remote position, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by proactively reaching out to businesses and organizations to promote innovative energy-saving solutions. With a focus on outbound sales strategies, you'll identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth from anywhere in the United States, reporting to our sales leadership team.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, qualifying leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel. Present tailored energy efficiency programs, software, and services to commercial, industrial, and utility customers, addressing their specific needs and pain points. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical experts, to develop customized proposals and overcome objections. Accurately track all sales activities in our CRM system, meet or exceed monthly quotas, and provide regular pipeline updates to management. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the energy sector to refine your sales approach and maximize deal closures.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum of 2-3 years of proven outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B environments such as energy, SaaS, or consulting services. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a phone-based sales role.
Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, customer-centric approach. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, and Microsoft Office suite. Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities, including cold calling resilience and objection handling. Analytical mindset for pipeline management and forecasting. Self-motivated with excellent time management in a remote setting; tech-savvy with experience in virtual sales tools like Zoom or Gong.
