Full Description
Victra is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join their Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer team in Concordia, Kansas. In this customer-facing retail position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking wireless solutions, devices, and service plans. You will guide customers through product selections, explain service features, and help them choose options that best meet their communication needs while consistently meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly upon arrival, conducting needs assessments to understand individual requirements, presenting and demonstrating Verizon products and accessories, completing sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, processing activations and plan changes, maintaining store appearance and inventory organization, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. You will also participate in team meetings, complete required training modules, and stay current on the latest Verizon promotions and technology updates.
Required Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous retail or customer service experience preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and evenings. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess reliable transportation.
Essential Skills for success include persuasive selling techniques, active listening, problem-solving abilities, time management, and the capacity to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment. Experience with wireless technology or previous Verizon product knowledge is considered a plus but not mandatory.
