The Sales Manager, LE/GE, GTS (Midwest) position at Gartner offers a strategic opportunity to lead enterprise sales initiatives across Kansas and surrounding states. In this role, you will manage and expand relationships with Large Enterprise and Government accounts, driving adoption of Gartner's premier technology research, advisory, and consulting services. The position combines high-level account strategy with hands-on sales execution to meet ambitious growth objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing territory plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned Midwest region. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, conducting regular business reviews and identifying opportunities to expand service penetration. Building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers is essential, as is collaborating with internal teams including research analysts, consultants, and marketing professionals to deliver tailored client solutions. The role requires consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective pipeline management and deal closure. Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with five or more years of proven enterprise sales experience preferably within technology, research, or professional services industries. Candidates must demonstrate a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ability to travel within the Midwest region as needed is required. Essential Skills include strategic account planning, consultative selling techniques, CRM proficiency particularly Salesforce, market and competitive analysis, and relationship management across multiple organizational levels. Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders are critical for success.
