Key Responsibilities include analyzing user requirements and translating them into technical specifications, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented Java code following best practices and coding standards, participating in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability, debugging and resolving software defects and performance issues, integrating applications with databases and external APIs, and collaborating with team members to design system architecture and implement new features. Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, proven experience developing Java applications in professional environments, strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, and familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Essential Skills include proficiency in Java programming language and frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate, experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, knowledge of RESTful web services and API development, version control using Git, and understanding of agile development practices. Additional skills in cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and front-end frameworks are considered advantageous.
