Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner. Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records in company systems. Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues by collaborating with internal departments when necessary. Provide product information, pricing details, and delivery updates to support informed customer decisions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information. Document all customer interactions and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved. Required Qualifications
