Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to uphold coding standards and accelerate delivery. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, while staying updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements. Contribute to project planning, estimation, and documentation, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least 3-5 years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record in full-stack or backend development. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#. Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), version control systems like Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Scrum, or Kanban. Skills Expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures. Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Node.js). Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in teams. Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and stakeholder interactions. Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture is highly desirable.
