Job Overview: Limitless Male Medical Clinic is a leading provider of men's health services, specializing in hormone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction treatments, weight loss programs, and overall wellness optimization. We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our full-time team in Grand Island, Nebraska. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to men seeking to reclaim their vitality and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic testing to formulate accurate diagnoses. Prescribe and manage hormone therapies, such as testosterone replacement, peptides, and other modalities tailored to individual needs. Perform specialized procedures including penile injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapies, and minor in-office interventions for erectile dysfunction. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for weight management, incorporating medications, nutrition counseling, and lifestyle modifications. Educate patients on treatment options, potential side effects, and long-term health strategies to ensure adherence and optimal results. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate care, review lab results, and adjust therapies as needed. Maintain meticulous documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. Participate in ongoing training to stay abreast of advancements in men's health and andrology.
Required Qualifications: Active Nebraska licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Master's degree or higher from an accredited program. National certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP for NPs; NCCPA for PAs). Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, endocrinology, urology, or men's health. DEA registration and prescriptive authority. Current BLS certification.
Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment and diagnostic acumen. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with male patients. Proficiency in phlebotomy, injections, and basic lab interpretation. Familiarity with EHR systems like Epic or Athenahealth. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented setting. Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practice. Knowledge of pharmacology, particularly androgens, PDE5 inhibitors, and metabolic agents.
