Terminix is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their service journey. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention, supporting Terminix's mission to provide reliable pest control solutions across the United States.
Key responsibilities include answering inbound calls and responding to emails or chat inquiries in a timely manner, processing service requests, scheduling appointments, and following up on customer concerns. You will document all interactions accurately in company systems, collaborate with field technicians to ensure service quality, and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Terminix services, pricing, and policies is essential to provide accurate information and personalized recommendations to customers.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
