Border States is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our utility division in Fremont, Nebraska. This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional support to utility customers while ensuring their electrical distribution needs are met efficiently and professionally. The position plays a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the company's mission of delivering quality products and services. In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, process orders accurately, and provide real-time updates on product availability and delivery schedules.
