Job Overview: New Age Industrial is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead foodservice sales efforts across the Western United States. This full-time field-based role will focus on expanding market presence, developing strategic customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the foodservice equipment industry. The successful candidate will operate remotely within the assigned territory while maintaining strong connections with the company's headquarters in Norton, Kansas.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow an established customer base throughout the Western U.S. region by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing accounts. Conduct regular in-person meetings with distributors, dealers, and end-users to present product solutions and negotiate contracts. Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies that align with overall company objectives. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer data within the company's CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer needs are met. Represent the company at industry trade shows, regional events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of five years of progressive sales experience, with at least three years in the foodservice or equipment industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional territory. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Western United States.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
