Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and wound care in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive health measures. Prepare examination rooms, assist with procedures, and ensure proper infection control protocols are followed at all times. Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Kansas. Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a physician office or outpatient setting. Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient safety standards, and clinical documentation requirements.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
