Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, conducting regular check-ins to assess needs and provide tailored guidance on product adoption. Develop and execute success plans that align with customer goals, including onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing support to boost engagement and retention rates. Analyze usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for upsell, renewal, and expansion, collaborating with sales and product teams to deliver customized solutions. Resolve escalations promptly, maintain detailed CRM records, and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success strategies through best practices sharing. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS support, preferably in edtech or higher education. Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and driving customer retention metrics. Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and analytics platforms such as Gainsight. Strong problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS). Technical aptitude for troubleshooting software issues and delivering virtual training. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with excellent time management and organizational skills.
