Join Victory Automotive Group as a Sales Consultant and become a key member of our dynamic sales team at our Highland, Indiana dealership. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their automotive needs, present suitable vehicle options, and guide them through every step of the purchasing process. Our Sales Consultants play a vital role in building lasting customer relationships while contributing to the dealership's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities include actively greeting and assisting customers on the showroom floor and lot, conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features and financing options, negotiating terms, and finalizing sales transactions. You will also follow up with prospects, maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system, and collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless buying experience. Daily duties involve achieving individual and team sales targets, participating in training sessions, and staying informed about new vehicle models, promotions, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous sales or customer service experience preferably in the automotive industry, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to meet sales targets, possess basic computer proficiency, and be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
