Key Responsibilities You will handle a high volume of customer inquiries through multiple channels including email, live chat, phone, and ticketing systems, providing prompt and accurate responses. Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues related to our platform, such as account access, job applications, profile management, and billing concerns. Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams while maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the resolution process. Document all interactions in our CRM system to track issues, solutions, and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and engineering to relay customer insights and contribute to service enhancements. Proactively follow up on open cases to ensure complete resolution and high customer satisfaction scores. Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and process optimization initiatives to stay ahead of evolving customer needs. Required Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, help desk, or a similar role, ideally in a remote or tech-enabled environment. Proven track record of handling 50+ customer interactions per day with a focus on empathy and efficiency. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information simply. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar CRM platforms; familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace. Tech-savvy with quick adaptability to new software and systems. Exceptional time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, remote setting. Active listening and conflict resolution expertise to de-escalate challenging situations. Basic knowledge of HR tech, job platforms, or SaaS products is a plus.
