Job Overview CrowdStrike, the leader in cloud-native endpoint protection and extended detection and response (XDR), is hiring a Regional Sales Engineer for Next-Generation Security Information and Event Management (NG SIEM) in the Corporate segment, Central Region (Kansas, remote). This full-time role involves partnering with sales teams to accelerate customer acquisition and expansion by delivering compelling technical demonstrations, proof-of-value assessments, and architectural guidance for Falcon LogScale and Falcon Fusion, our cutting-edge NG SIEM platform. As a trusted advisor, you'll help enterprises centralize, analyze, and respond to security events at scale in a remote capacity across Kansas and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with Account Executives to qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer pain points, and architect solutions that integrate CrowdStrike's NG SIEM with existing SIEM, SOAR, and data lake environments. Lead technical workshops, RFI/RFP responses, and proof-of-concept (POC) trials to showcase the platform's real-time log management, AI-powered analytics, and automated response capabilities. Provide post-sales support, including deployment guidance and optimization strategies to ensure customer success and drive upsell opportunities. Stay ahead of industry trends in cybersecurity, SIEM evolution, and cloud technologies to position CrowdStrike as the go-to solution for modern threat detection and incident response. Travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, or team events as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 3-5 years in presales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical sales within cybersecurity, preferably with SIEM, logging, or observability tools. Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals in the Central US region. Deep understanding of security operations centers (SOC), threat hunting, compliance standards like GDPR/PCI-DSS, and data ingestion pipelines. Skills Technical expertise in SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Elastic), cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Linux/Windows systems, scripting (Python, Bash), and APIs. Exceptional presentation and communication skills to engage C-level executives and technical audiences. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and demo environments. Certifications such as CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Splunk Architect highly desirable.
