Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with clear, confident phone presence and the ability to articulate product benefits persuasively. Basic computer proficiency, including typing speed of at least 35 WPM and familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools.
