Job Overview Nevada Regional Medical Center is actively recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care within our Doctors Nursing and Rehab facility. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including medication administration, wound management, vital sign monitoring, and comprehensive assessments. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in coordination with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and support staff to maintain high standards of care delivery. Document all clinical activities accurately in electronic health records and communicate effectively with families regarding patient progress. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Missouri. Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care setting preferred. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology. Compassionate bedside manner with a commitment to patient-centered care. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
