Required Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with vocational training or an associate degree in electronics, IT, or a related field strongly preferred. At least 2 years of experience in field service, installation, or technical support, ideally with sales or retail equipment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential, as the role involves significant travel within the region. Proficiency with hand tools, multimeters, and basic networking is necessary. Skills Strong technical aptitude for hardware assembly, wiring, and configuration. Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues under pressure. Superior customer service skills, with clear communication and a professional demeanor. Physical fitness to lift equipment up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
