Junction City Little Theater is seeking a dedicated Office Manager/Marketing professional to support both administrative operations and promotional efforts for our community theater. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while actively contributing to audience growth and engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include managing office operations, maintaining organized records, coordinating schedules, and serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries. The position also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials, managing social media platforms, and coordinating with local media to increase visibility of upcoming productions. Additional duties include assisting with event planning, ticket sales, volunteer coordination, and maintaining positive relationships with patrons and community partners.
Required Qualifications include previous experience in office administration or marketing, preferably within a nonprofit or arts organization.
