Clarity Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service and support across multiple communication channels. The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt, professional, and empathetic interactions. Key Responsibilities include answering incoming calls and responding to emails and chat inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information about products and services, troubleshooting customer issues and escalating complex matters when necessary, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the company database, processing orders, returns, and account updates efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. You will also identify opportunities to improve service processes and contribute to team meetings focused on enhancing the overall customer experience. Required Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service experience preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with standard office software and CRM platforms, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits for success in this role. Skills required include active listening, problem-solving, time management, conflict resolution, and attention to detail. Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and the ability to remain calm under pressure are highly valued. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
