In this full-time position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-tier support to enhance satisfaction and drive business success. As part of our Customer Service - CT division, you will handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities You will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all interactions are professional and solution-oriented. Responsibilities include processing orders, tracking shipments, updating customer accounts, and collaborating with internal teams such as sales and logistics to resolve complex issues. You will maintain accurate records in our CRM system, escalate urgent matters when necessary, and follow up to confirm resolution and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will identify upsell opportunities, provide product information on our extensive range of flooring products, and contribute to team goals by sharing feedback and best practices. Required Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred. Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce is highly desirable. The role requires the ability to work full-time hours, including potential shifts to accommodate customer needs.
