Providence Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Night Shift ICU Nurse to join our intensive care team at Doctor's Hospital in Kansas City, Kansas. This vital healthcare position involves providing high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients during overnight hours, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely interventions that can make the difference between life and death.
As a Night Shift ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering medications, managing life-support equipment, and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will monitor vital signs, respond to medical emergencies, document patient progress accurately, and provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
