Join YER USA as a Regional Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding market presence throughout Kansas. This position requires a results-driven professional who will oversee all sales activities within the assigned territory while building lasting partnerships with clients and stakeholders. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. You will identify new business opportunities, maintain existing client accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs. Regular travel within the region is expected to conduct client meetings, attend industry events, and perform market analysis to stay ahead of competitors. Key responsibilities include managing a team of sales representatives, monitoring performance metrics, and providing coaching to ensure consistent achievement of targets. You will prepare detailed sales forecasts, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions using company CRM systems. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and presenting product demonstrations will also be central to your daily work. To succeed, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field along with at least five years of progressive sales experience, preferably in a regional or territory management capacity. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is essential. Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce are required. Candidates should demonstrate deep knowledge of the Kansas market and possess valid driver's license for regional travel.
