Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and sketches to build modular and custom displays, installing and dismantling exhibits at trade shows and events, performing quality checks for durability and safety, and maintaining a clean, organized workshop. Additionally, you'll assist in inventory management, troubleshoot on-site issues during setups, and contribute ideas for efficient building techniques to support tight deadlines. Required Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in exhibit building, carpentry, or fabrication within the marketing or events industry. Proficiency with power tools, woodworking machinery, and basic metalworking is essential. Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various environments, including travel to event sites, is necessary. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Skills Strong technical skills in CAD software for basic design adjustments, graphic application, painting, and finishing techniques are crucial.
