Victory Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Chicago, Illinois. In this customer-facing role, you will guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process, helping them find the perfect automobile that meets their needs and budget. You will leverage your product knowledge and consultative approach to deliver outstanding service and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities include actively engaging with customers to understand their preferences and requirements, presenting vehicle features and options with confidence, conducting test drives, negotiating terms, and closing sales transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships, and collaborating with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless buying experience. Additional duties involve staying current on inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives while representing the dealership with professionalism at all times. Required Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous retail or automotive sales experience preferred, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, commission-based environment. Prior experience with CRM platforms and digital retailing tools is advantageous.
