Job Overview: Victra, the nation's leading Verizon Wireless premium retailer, is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in Hays, KS. In this role, you'll be the face of Verizon, helping customers discover the latest wireless devices, plans, and services while driving sales and building lasting relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm, understanding their needs to recommend the best Verizon products and plans. Demonstrate devices, process sales transactions, and upsell accessories and services to maximize revenue. Provide expert troubleshooting for devices and accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain store merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and a clean, welcoming sales floor. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Collaborate with team members to create a positive store atmosphere and support company initiatives.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills and a passion for technology and customer service.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and persuasion abilities to connect with diverse customers. Solid problem-solving skills for handling technical issues and objections. Proficiency with POS systems, mobile devices, and basic computer applications. Ability to thrive in a target-driven, commission-based environment.
