Internet Brands is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead field sales operations across the Chicago metropolitan area and surrounding Illinois markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing a team of outside sales representatives, developing strategic account plans, and building long-term relationships with key clients in the automotive, legal, and healthcare verticals. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee daily field operations, conduct regular ride-alongs with sales representatives, and provide coaching to improve closing rates and customer acquisition. Key responsibilities include setting monthly and quarterly sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting territory strategies to maximize market penetration. The manager will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with regional opportunities and client needs. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least five years of progressive sales experience, including two years in a leadership or team management capacity. A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in field sales environments is essential. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to travel frequently within the assigned territory are required.
