Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with clients, brokers, and industry stakeholders to generate new business opportunities and retain existing accounts. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to refine approaches, optimize pricing models, and identify untapped revenue streams. Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and product development teams to launch targeted campaigns and customized financial products. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including licensing requirements for insurance sales in Kansas. Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior leadership, presenting insights to guide company-wide decisions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive sales experience in insurance or financial services, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Valid Kansas insurance producer license (or ability to obtain within 30 days); certifications such as CLU, ChFC, or CFP are highly desirable. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
