Job Overview Arnold Motor Supply is seeking a dedicated Full Time Outside Sales Professional to join our team in McCook, Nebraska. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets in the automotive parts and supplies industry. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service while promoting our extensive product range to mechanics, repair shops, and other automotive businesses. Key Responsibilities Visit potential and existing customers across the McCook area to present products, negotiate deals, and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate records of sales calls, pipeline status, and customer interactions using company CRM tools. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maximize sales performance. Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues as needed. Collaborate with inside sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and company-sponsored training sessions to stay current on industry developments. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary due to extensive travel within the territory. Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in automotive or industrial supplies, is preferred but not required. Strong communication and negotiation skills along with basic computer literacy are essential.
