Job Overview DoiT, a leading cloud optimization and management platform, is seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales for Perfectscale in North America. Perfectscale is our innovative solution for autonomous cloud cost optimization, empowering enterprises to scale efficiently without manual intervention. Located in Kansas, this role reports to the North America Sales leadership and is pivotal in expanding our market presence, driving revenue, and building strategic partnerships in the competitive cloud services industry. As a key player in DoiT's growth trajectory, you'll lead a team focused on delivering value to customers through AI-driven scaling and cost savings. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting ambitious targets and fostering a high-performance culture. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to North American markets, identifying key accounts in tech, finance, and enterprise sectors. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create compelling sales narratives around Perfectscale's autonomous optimization capabilities. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to negotiations and closing deals, while forecasting revenue accurately. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to refine go-to-market approaches. Ensure customer retention by driving upsell opportunities and maintaining strong relationships post-sale. Travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and team-building activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software, with at least 2 years in a sales management role. Proven track record of exceeding quota in North American markets, ideally with experience selling to Fortune 500 clients. Deep understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with knowledge of cost optimization tools. Skills Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, and sales analytics platforms. Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making expertise. High energy, resilience, and customer-centric mindset. Technical aptitude to grasp complex cloud scaling concepts quickly. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
