Men's Wearhouse is seeking a dedicated Seasonal Sales Associate to join our retail team in Grand Island, Nebraska. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer experiences while supporting store operations during peak seasonal periods. As a key member of our sales team, you will help customers find the perfect clothing and accessories to meet their style and professional needs. Key Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly and assessing their clothing requirements, recommending appropriate products based on individual preferences and body types, processing sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, maintaining organized merchandise displays and ensuring the sales floor remains clean and appealing, assisting with inventory management including receiving shipments and restocking items, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets, and handling customer inquiries, returns, and special orders with professionalism. Required Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required, availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays during peak season, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 30 pounds, and a positive attitude with a passion for helping customers. Essential Skills include product knowledge of men's apparel and formal wear, sales techniques and upselling strategies, time management and multitasking abilities, basic computer and cash register operation, teamwork and collaboration, and attention to detail in presentation and transactions.
