As a Field Merchandising Lead at Acosta Sales & Marketing in Wichita, Kansas, you will oversee the strategic execution of merchandising initiatives across assigned retail locations while serving as a coach and mentor to a team of field representatives. This role combines hands-on merchandising leadership with team development responsibilities, ensuring that all in-store displays, promotions, and product placements align with brand standards and client objectives. You will travel within your territory to conduct store visits, audit merchandising compliance, and provide real-time coaching to improve team performance and retail execution quality.
