In this dynamic role, you will manage an assigned sales route, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products while building strong relationships with retail partners. Your daily work will combine hands-on product handling with strategic sales efforts, allowing you to directly impact both customer satisfaction and revenue growth. As a Route Sales Professional, your key responsibilities will include loading and unloading products, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring product freshness on store shelves. You will actively engage with store managers and staff to promote new items, secure additional shelf space, and resolve any service concerns promptly. This position requires you to operate a company vehicle safely, follow all DOT regulations, and maintain a clean driving record while completing your route efficiently each day. To succeed in this role, candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday. Previous sales or route delivery experience is preferred but not required.
