Crash Champions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle repair journey, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a positive experience from start to finish. You will work closely with technicians, insurance partners, and internal teams to coordinate services, resolve concerns, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls and responding to emails, scheduling appointments, providing repair status updates, and addressing customer questions or complaints with professionalism and empathy. You will document all interactions accurately in our systems, process documentation for insurance claims, and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction after service completion. Additional duties involve collaborating with the operations team to ensure repair timelines are met and escalating complex issues to management when necessary. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience preferably in automotive, retail, or insurance sectors, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to remain calm and helpful under pressure. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software is highly desirable. Essential skills for success include active listening, conflict resolution, time management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
