Field Fresh Foods is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to our valued customers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service excellence. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Key responsibilities include processing customer orders accurately, tracking shipments, and providing timely updates on order status. You will address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary while documenting all interactions in our customer relationship management system. Additional duties involve maintaining product knowledge to answer questions about our fresh produce offerings and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service experience preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication abilities and basic computer proficiency. Experience in the food industry or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory. Essential skills include active listening, problem-solving capabilities, time management, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You should be comfortable using multiple software platforms simultaneously and possess excellent attention to detail. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
