GC America is actively seeking a dedicated Ortho Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Alsip, Illinois. In this full-time position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for orthodontic professionals and practices, providing outstanding customer support while representing our commitment to quality dental products and services. Your daily interactions will help build lasting relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities include managing a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails, processing product orders accurately, and providing detailed product information related to orthodontic solutions. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, track shipments, and maintain up-to-date records in our customer relationship management system. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support to ensure timely resolutions and seamless service delivery. You will be responsible for following up on pending orders, updating customers on product availability, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
