Key Responsibilities
You will design and implement software features using modern development practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA engineers to define requirements, and write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Responsibilities also include debugging and resolving complex technical issues, optimizing application performance, participating in code reviews to ensure quality standards, and integrating software with third-party services and APIs. Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least 3-5 years of professional software development experience. Candidates must have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices, and familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Skills
Technical expertise should include full-stack development with frameworks like .NET, Spring Boot, or React.js, knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Soft skills such as problem-solving, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting are crucial. Bonus skills include experience in financial services software, microservices architecture, and unit testing frameworks like JUnit or NUnit.
