Amerit Consulting is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your language skills while providing outstanding service to our valued clients across Nevada.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat interactions, troubleshoot problems, process orders or account changes, and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following company procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards will be essential parts of your daily responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities in both English and at least one additional language, along with previous experience in customer service or a related field. You should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and standard office software is highly desirable.
