Platinum Supplemental Insurance is actively recruiting dedicated Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team in Harvard, Nebraska. In this role, you will connect with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and present supplemental insurance solutions that provide additional financial protection beyond standard coverage. You will play a vital role in helping individuals and families secure peace of mind through tailored insurance products.
Key Responsibilities include conducting in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients to assess their insurance requirements, presenting customized supplemental insurance options, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, following up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, the ability to pass a background check, and willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
