Disabled Veteran Solutions is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of service excellence throughout every interaction.
Key Responsibilities include answering customer questions via phone, email, and chat platforms, troubleshooting common issues and escalating complex cases when necessary, maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in the company database, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also process orders and returns, provide product and service information, and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
