Morley is excited to welcome a Remote Customer Service Representative to our growing team. This full-time position allows Michigan residents to provide outstanding customer support from the comfort of their own homes, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and professionalism.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling a variety of inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels. You will resolve issues efficiently, provide accurate information about products and services, and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate clearly will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls and responding to written inquiries in a timely manner, troubleshooting customer concerns using internal systems and resources, processing requests accurately while adhering to company policies, and escalating complex issues when necessary. You will also participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on procedures and product knowledge.
To succeed in this position, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with previous customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously. Candidates should demonstrate patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset when assisting customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace are required. The ability to work independently while meeting performance metrics is critical for this remote role. Previous experience in a call center or virtual support environment is highly preferred.
